30-day pro-rata refund

Within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund of unused introductions. We calculate the pro-rata value of remaining intros and refund that amount, less a 20% administration fee.

How to request

Message your matchmaker through the in-app chat, or email refunds@lovelink.vn with your request and a brief reason. We'll respond within 5 business days.

Exceptions

Add-ons (photoshoots, coaching sessions) are non-refundable once booked. Membership pause does not extend the refund window.
