How payment works
Once your matchmaker has met you and you've picked a tier, we arrange payment together — typically by bank transfer or in person at our office. No credit card required. No subscriptions you'll forget to cancel.
Refunds: if you're not happy in the first 30 days, you can request a pro-rata refund of unused introductions, less a 20% admin fee. Full details on our refund policy page.
